HCM Technology Report looks back at where we started and where we are now as a workforce during a pandemic. Work days are an average of 48 minutes longer.
Companies are claiming the same or higher levels of productivity despite not being in office. But family responsibilities are shifting too, with most child care centers closing their doors and many schools staying online.
Tech companies have mitigated problems with front-line workers, remote onboarding, unemployment assistance and much more. How will they rise to the challenge of the lengthening work day versus growing childcare responsibilities?

“This is the stepping stone to offer Visier Cloud as a complete open ecosystem,” said CEO Ryan Wong in a press release. His aim is to have new applications built from their analytics foundation “help global organizations see the truth in their data.”
The new functions are designed to empower companies to further develop their employees, utilizing updates including:
- Twelve pre-built analyses that give summarized views of business concerns, giving leaders an overview of the state of their organization.
- Tracking of custom cohorts over time to measure the impact of shared experience on outcomes.
- New “What-If” Models, including a metric to check the cost of replacement for a departed employee.
- Learning analytics that teach users about different metrics and how to use them.
