When Covid-19 started, people were asked to work from home to avoid the spread of the virus. Many companies first-time shifted the entire work through remote or started doing work from home. Many companies put hiring on freeze during Covid-19, but now things have started to be on the path again.

They also need to check on their virtual onboarding processes because it is not the new trend.
3. Upskilling and Retraining
Companies focused their business model on survival during the pandemic. Because of the lockdown and social distancing, they followed new protocols of working and doing things.
It required both training and upskilling to ensure they have the right skills to run the business with any challenges ahead.
Only companies with flexibility and quick adaptability are the ones who are going to create an impact in the long run and be ready to face unforeseen problems.
